Green, who rushed for 240 yards with two TDs in win over Port Clinton, received 1,186 (53 percent) of the votes.
Newcomer picked up 1,343 (64 percent) of the votes. She served 19-of-19 with 13 points and four aces in win over Monroeville.
The other two nominations for football were St. Paul's Michael Griffin, who posted 573 votes (26 percent) and Monroeville's Rick Heck 473 votes (21 percent).
In volleyball, Norwalk's Kelli Weininger gained 678 (32 percent) votes and Huron's Kat Ferrell had 77 (4 percent).
