Cook won two matches Wednesday and will meet Nina Eid, of Toledo Notre Dame, in semifinal action Saturday at the University of Northwestern Ohio in Lima.
Only the top two finishers advance so Cook will need a win over Eid to earn a ticket to Columbus.
1st Round — defeated Kaitlyn Dominiak (Toledo Central Catholic) 6-7 (4), 6-1, 6-2.
Quarterfinals — defeated Cassadie Baker (Bowling Green) 1-6, 7-6 (4), 6-0.
Semifinals — will play Nina Eid (Notre Dame) on Saturday at the University of Northwestern Ohio, in Lima, with the winner advancing to the state tournament.
