Weimer, who rushed for 265 yards with five TDs in a win over St. Mary CC, received 1,058 (44 percent) of the votes.
Kramer, picked up 916 (66 percent) of the votes. She went 15-of-16 serving with six aces to go with seven kills and five blocks in a win over New London.
The other two nominations for football were Clyde's Brad Smith, who posted 760 votes (32 percent) and Bellevue's Jalen Santoro 583 votes (24 percent).
In volleyball, Willard's Laura Danhoff gained 309 (22 percent) votes and Norwalk's Abby Moffit had 166 (12 percent).
