Sortino had 21 points in a 63-58 win over Perkins.
He received 787 (63 percent) of the votes.
Cook had 15 points in a 50-28 win over Tiffin Columbian.
She received 776 (62 percent) of the votes.
The other two nominations for boys’ basketball were Oak Harbor’s Greg Haar with 244 votes (19 percent) and New London’s Dane Held 224 votes (18 percent).
The other two nominations for girls’ basketball were Bellevue’s Carly Santoro with 327 votes (26 percent) and South Central’s Anna Hintz 152 votes (12 percent).
