Utter had 157 yards rushing and four total touchdowns in the Chargers’ 40-7 win over Wellington last Friday.
He received 4,712 (49 percent) of the votes.
Windau recorded 16 kills and 11 digs in a sweep of St. Mary Central Catholic.
She received 9,240 (62 percent) of the votes.
The other two nominations for football were St. Mary Central Catholic’s Trevor Fitzhum with 2,630 votes (28 percent) and Norwalk’s Breck Turner 2,194 votes (23 percent).
The other two nominations for volleyball were Monroeville’s Quinn Schafer with 4,111 votes (28 percent) and Huron’s Hadley Sterett 1,526 votes (10 percent).
