When was all was said and done, Perkins was the unanimous choice.
They received 68 points from the coaches and 50 from the medi.
Coach Scott McVeigh probably has enough talent coming back in six returning letter-winners alone to win another SBC title.
For starters, he has Nic Williams, the conference Player of the Year, back.
He averaged 14 points per game but even more important, made 42.6 percent of his three-point shots, the second best number in the conference.
A healthy Brandon Smith returns after a broken leg shelved him for half of last season.
The rest of the voting went:
Coaches: Perkins 68, Huron 60, Margaretta 48, Clyde 46, Sandusky St. Mary 39, Port Clinton 34, Oak Harbor 26, Edison 23.
Media: Perkins 50, Huron 40, Clyde 33, Margaretta 28, Port Clinton 24, Sandusky St. Mary 20, Edison 16, Oak Harbor 14.
