Five area teams in top eight of second computer rankings

Bellevue (5-0) is ranked first in Division III, Region 10.

Norwalk, also 5-0, sits at fourth in Division II, Region 6. The 4-1 Perkins Pirates are fourth in Division III, Region 10.

Also, Western Reserve (4-1) is tied for seventh in Division V, Region 18 and Huron eighth Division IV, Region 14.

Oak Harbor (4-1), in Division IV, Region 14 and St. Paul (3-2), Division VI, Region 22, are ninth.

Plymouth (2-3) are 12th in Division VI, Region 23.

Of note, Tiffin Columbian sits at third in Division II, Region 6.

The Tornadoes and Redmen have a big NOL clash Friday at Tiffin.

The weekly computer ratings are released every Tuesday afternoon beginning after the fourth week of the season, leading up to the final report released Oct. 28.

The top eight teams in each region will qualify for the regional quarterfinals.
