FC: Plymouth finishes season at 5-5

Sophomore running back Chance Butcher rambled for 216 yards on 11 carries and scored three touchdowns to lead Plymouth to a 42-12 season-ending win over Ashland Crestview in Firelands Conference play Friday night.

The Big Red close the season at 5-5, 4-3 in the league.

Plymouth had back-to-back non-losing seasons for the first time since 1993 and 1994.

The hosts jumped out to an 8-0 lead at the 3:22 mark of the opening period.

Plymouth led 28-0 at one point.

Hunter Bailey added 92 yards on eight tries.
