Sandusky’s girls and boys swimming teams swept Cuyahoga Heights in dual meet action Wednesday at home.
The Blue Streak girls won 104-66, while the boys posted a 123-38 victory.
The Sandusky boys finished first in all three relay events and 1-2-3 in five events to post their victory over Cuyahoga Heights.
Jack Stauffer, Jake Riedy, Jeremy White and David Linden won the 200 medley relay with a time of 1 minute, 48.74 seconds, while Linden, Dru Craig, White and Stauffer won the 200 freestyle relay (1:38.69) and Craig, Jakob Voetlause, Riedy and Jason White were first in the 400 freestyle relay (4:04.34).
Seniors Taylor Vargo and Ashley Ahlers led the Sandusky girls, as both posted a pair of individual wins and a pair of relay firsts.
Vargo finished first in the 100 butterfly with a time of 1 minute, 4.51 seconds, and was first in the 100 breaststroke (1:08.48), while Ahlers won the 50 (26.33) and 100 (58.27) freestyle events.
