A stellar outing by Alex Manner (Bellevue) and consistency throughout the lineup helped the Sandusky American Legion Post 83 baseball team beat the Ohio Trojans 10-0 in five innings Tuesday at Perkins High School.
Manner (Bellevue) had nine strikeouts, walked two batters and gave up five hits. He also contributed at the plate with a triple and two RBIs, including the game-ending sacrifice fly.
Post 83 scored early and often.
