St. Paul  and Monroeville each won Thursday in Firelands Conference match, setting up a big showdown Tuesday in Norwalk.

The Lady Flyers (7-0, 4-0) rolled past Plymouth 25-6, 25-9, 25-7 Thursday.

In serving for St. Paul, Olivia Livengood went 16-of-17 with 14 points and four aces, Elise Nickoli 17-of-18 with 13 points and four aces and Arlayna Newcomer 11-of-11 eight points and two aces.

M’ville 3, S. Central 1
Monroeville (4-1, 4-0) won 25-15, 21-25, 25-16, 25-21 over South Central.

In serving for the Lady Eagles, Breanna Kramer went 23-of-27 with seven aces, Kaitlynn Brewer 17-of-18 and one ace and Quinn Schafer 13-of-14 with an ace.

The Lady ’Riders improved to 7-3 and 2-2 after Thursday’s 25-20, 25-21, 25-20 FC win.

At the net, Carli Patrick went 16-of-16 with five kills, Kasey Clouse 15-of-17 and six kills and Theresa Jackson chipped in with 10.
