1. You alone are responsible for the material you post. You will not knowingly post content or links to content that violate the copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right of any third party. If you discover you have violated this provision, simply login and edit or delete your posted material. . Likewise, you may not post content or a link to content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene or abusive; that violates a third party’s right to privacy; that otherwise violates any applicable local, state, national or international law; or that is otherwise inappropriate. You will indemnify Sandusky Newspapers Inc., Fandy.com, The Sandusky Register, The Norwalk Reflector, their employees, agents and affiliates from any and all claims and/or damages resulting from any claim brought by any third party relating to content you have posted. 2. We shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the forums to determine compliance with all sections of this Agreement and with the operating rules. We shall have the right to edit, remove or otherwise alter any material submitted to or posted on the photo galleries, chats or forums. Without limiting the foregoing, we shall have the right to remove, without consent, any material that we find to be in violation of this agreement or inappropriate for any reason whatsoever. 3. We reserve the right to remove a user’s privilege to post content in our discussion forums. Suspended members who re-register with new accounts will have those accounts deactivated without notice. Repeated attempts will result in our contacting your ISP with a complaint. 4. You understand and agree that Fandy.com is not responsible for any content posted by third parties. We are a distributor of content supplied by third parties and users of the photo galleries, blogs, chats and forums. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, or any user of the forums, are those of the respective author(s) and not of Fandy.com. 5. You acknowledge and agree that you use and/or rely on any information obtained throught the discussion forums at your own risk. Fandy.com is not in any manner endorsing the content of the discussion groups and cannot and will not vouch for its reliability. The disclaimer of liability contained in this section applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. 6. Each user specifically acknowledges that we are not liable for defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of third parties, subscribers, members or other users of the chats and forums, and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with each user.
