Big game for the F.C. when St. Paul takes on Huron. This should earn some respect for the conference that everyone says is the weakest around. St. Paul loses one of the best overall players ever to play in Graziani, but Wilde is waiting in the shadows to make people forget about him. Western Reserve should be at full strength this year with Pickens returning. But luck has'nt went Western's way for awhile. Monroeville started out rough in the 2007 season, but ended up in the playoffs. The Eagles lose their premier RB but have a State Champ wrestler ready to take over as one of the most intimidating athletes in the area. Look for the Eagles to compete for the title. I'm interested to see how Crestview responds. Was 2007 a fluke or will they get back to the top? The rest of the F.C. is always a toss-up. New London might surprise people again this year. N.L. has quite a few skilled players returning , but lose alot of bulk up front. Their season could go in either direction. My picks go like this. 1. Monroeville 2. St. Paul 3. Western Reserve 4. New London 5. Ashland Crestview 6. South Central 7. Mapleton 8. Plymouth

Huron vs. St. Paul
Huron will need a top effort to keep it close against St. Paul. This will be a week #3 game for both clubs before heading into league play. Huron has some nice experience coming back and St. Paul has some of the top athletes in the area regardless of division. Should be a great game.

Redundant, but...
I know it sounds redundant when talking about the Firelands Conference, but on paper anyway, I don't see how it's not a winner-take-all in week 10 between St. Paul-Monroeville for the second straight year. Those two usually decide it anyway, but last season was the first time it was a week 10 match up in 13 years. After that, I think FOUR teams can legitimately finish in third place from the group of Western Reserve, New London, South Central and Crestview. Plymouth-Mapleton winner decides seventh place, IMO.

Huron Vs. St. Paul should be
Huron Vs. St. Paul should be a very fine match-up. I think both squads as far as what i have read on St. Paul and huron bring some real fire power to the table. The tigers defense will i think be there signature this year, i could see the tigers regardless of who plays in the 4th qaurter pull a hand full of shut outs. St. Paul has always been a tough DVI school and i don't see them holding up at all to the tigers. I am not biased on my choice but seeing what huron brings back on offense, i will take the tigers, they have the players to keep up and keep hitting the flyers studs, till the 4th quarter expires, look for huron to get back to there old ways after what some would call a dismal season last year. As for the Firelands Conference, despite school size, you guys are producing some high quality athletes, should be a bruising season ahead of us.

Huron vs. St. Paul
On paper, this is THE biggest non-conference double-Register area matchup since Bellevue-Clyde started going at it. Just putting the "tale of the tape" together of Livengood vs. Legando will be eye-popping in itself. I personally, cannot wait.

Should be another pretty standard year in the FC 1. SP 2. Monroeville 3. WR (toss up for 3 or 4) 4. Crestview (toss up for 3 or 4) 5. SC (toss up for 5 or 6) 6. NL (toss up for 5 or 6) 7. Plymouth 8. Mapleton

I'm still a little hesistant to put Plymouth ahead of Mapleton for a couple reasons. I know Mapleton lost their big horse running back in Cameron Brant, but with Brant having a so-so game Mapleton was still good enough to beat Plymouth at Mary Fate Park by a 53-18 blowout for their first win of the season. So I guess my question is, are the Big Red going to be that much better to close the gap of 35 points (it wasn't that close) and will Mapleton be that much worse? The other prevelant thought is Plymouth has now lost 16 straight Firelands Conference games dating back to a week 8 win over Mapleton in 2005. I don't know...gonna be a long fight back towards respectability for the Big Red.

Cyclical or Keynesian
Cyclical or Keynesian unemployment, also known as cheap web hosting demand deficient unemployment, occurs when there is not enough aggregate demand in the economy. It gets its name because it varies with the business cycle, though it can also be persistent, as during the Great Depression of the 1930s. This is caused by a business cycle recession, and wages not dedicated servers alling to meet the equilibrium level. Cyclical unemployment rises during economic downturns and falls when the economy improves. Keynesians argue that this type of unemployment exists due to wireless internet inadequate effective aggregate demand. Demand for most goods and services falls, less production is needed and consequently fewer workers are needed, wages do not fall to meet the equilibrium level, and vps hosting mass unemployment results.
