Patrick Moore will be lucky
Patrick Moore will be lucky to have a winning record.  Me(LaFountain), Blake Troller, and Andrew Linden combined probably won't lose more essay topics | abortion essay than 2 or 3 games altogether.  And just because you break your rackets during a match doesn't mean you have heart for the sport it just means you have anger issues or are insane (jk).  I also haven't seen him get in one usta tournament all summer nor since the summer has been over...just saying.  You are entitled to your own opinion but it is pretty flawed.

Huron has a lot of
Huron has a lot of rebuilding to do losing two Division 1 athletes. But they still will be strong because they have a great program. Perkins returns a lot of talent and should be close to the top I also see margaretta in the upper half of the league these are the only team i really know about so help me out.

I think the Lady Chargers
I think the Lady Chargers can win the SBC and make a run to state. With Emily Stewart, Cami Shine, Amanda Blodgett, Juniors but all two year lettermen. Junior letterwinners are Whitney Smith, Kayla Nelson, and Nicole Swartz. The Chargers played Huron tough last year, but only time will tell on how good the Lady Chargers will be.

2008 sbc volleyball
Edison, Clyde, Huron, Perkins and Margaretta will be battling for SBC champs. Edison lost their setter, but returns many athletic players. Clyde girls are scrappers. Huron returns young players, but they have the edge because they have the best coach in Ohio. Perkins will have a new coach, but they are scrappers too. Margaretta lost their setter, Alexis Lynn. She started every Varsity game for the last 4 years. She will be hard to replace. Alexis tore her acl last week practicing for the wendys all star game and was unable to play in the game.. I wish her the best for a speedy recovery. Brittany Morris will be their top hitter. Jess meyers returns as their middle after several knee surgerys. She came back strong for basketball for the 2nd half of the season. Defense will be the name of the game this year. Huron has been the power house in the Sbc for the last several years. Sara and Susie cannot be replaced. Other coaches will not miss them. The SBC will be more evenly matched this year.

Beth Sage is Perkins new coach
Beth Sage is going to be Perkins new head coach next year. Be sure that with her knowledge of the game and intensity she will have them playing at a high level. Perkins lost Outside hitter Kelsey White and libero Heather Whitcomb and return everyone else plus some excellent JV players from a team that finished 3rd last year and beat 2nd place Margaretta twice during the season.

not sold
I'm not sold on the new Perkins coach. Sorry to say. Knowledge is there. But from what I gather there is some loose strings there. Did you notice how in the article she failed to talk about her daughters high school experience. Went right to JO and USA. There is something there and I'm not sure Perkins is going to like it. Time will Tell.

Perkins Volleyball Coach
Beth Sage comes to Perkins with no hidden agenda. She's an excellent teacher of the game, and works well with the girls. Perkins will benefit greatly on this hiring. Best of luck to Beth.

i know its gonna be close between huron edison and perkins and maybe clyde and margaretta but i think huron can pull it out. they have many great hitters and very good blockers. but the problem is they dont have many passers. but they will most likely get to the point where they have a great team. edison has many great talents on the court. emily stewart, cami shine, and amanda blodgett are great players. they attack anything they can get. Whitney Smith, Kayla Nelson, and Nicole Swartz are also helpful to the team. there problem is they lost there setter. who's gonna step up for them? perkins on the other hand lost an outside hitter (Kelsey white) and a libero (Heather Whitcomb). they are still strong and have young kids who are gonna step it up. clyde and margaretta haven't lost many of there players and are pretty young so that will bring up the intensity on the court. on my opinion i think huron or edison will win the sbc because they are very strong teams and have a lot of power hitters. not saying perkins, clyde, and margaretta don't they just aren't as powerful.

Edison is loaded and should get the #1 label right out of the gate. Whitney Smith from Edison will probably be the setter for the Chargers. She's an excellent setter and has a great overall game. Huron will be solid in the back row. Butler and Moberg are excellent passers. We've got some nice hitters in Miedema, Graham, Deluca and Koenig and Kelly Lehrer will be in her 3rd year as the starting setter for the Tigers. Grendow, O'Riley and Westerhold will also contribute. Not the biggest Huron team, but very capable. Perkins has a great coach in Beth Sage stepping in. Throw in Caudill, Ketterer and Sabo and you have 3 excellent athletes that can score and defend. Perkins will be tough. I think this will be the most balanced SBC in years.
