Any thoughts on Saturday's Scarlet-Gray game? I thought the game was more entertaining than last year. Last year, there were still a lot of question marks with this season. Saturday, I saw a more experienced, focused team. "We knew were that close (last year),'' quarterback Todd Boeckman said. "We know we can't make some of those mistakes.'' I was impressed with quarterback Joe Bauserman and right tackle Bryant Browning. I thought Etienne Sabino, who enrolled at OSU early, played well. He had five tackles for the Gray team, including one tackle for loss. I thought Lawrence Wilson, who broke his leg in the opener last season, look good with a sack. I thought defensive tackle Dexter Larimore was impressive with two sacks. Of course, you take the spring with grain of salt. Players were out, in different combinations and most of the freshman weren't suited up. But this was a good first look at this season.
