St. Mary CC won six of Saturday's seven head-to-head matches in a 47-27 win against Sandusky in the first meeting between the city wrestling programs since 2003.

There were seven forfeits, which made for a fast morning.

SMCC's Logan Reichert and Alex Guerra started the Panthers off with two pins, and Adam Guerra got a technical fall for a 17-0 lead.

Sandusky's Zayvier Dickerson won a 10-3 decision to remain undefeated (9-0).

Shaker Heights Hathaway Brown 60, Perkins 49 The Blazers made their free throws late and extended a three-point lead in the final minute to beat the Pirates, who were playing their seocnd game against a Division II final four team in as many nights.

Jordan Fraley had 22 for Perkins, and Shannon Ebert and Kayla Yost added 14 and 11.

Shelby 75, Sandusky 53 The Whippets went on a 10-0 run to keep Sandusky (1-5, 0-3) winless in the Northern Ohio League.

Morgan Newell connected on four 3-pointers for 12 points for the Blue Streaks.

Bellevue 47, Norwalk 27 Bellevue got 20 points from Leslie Raifsnider and 13 from Carly Santoro, and the Lady Red defense offset an offense that couldn't score with any consistency.

Bellevue limited the Truckers to eight second-half points.

Willard 67, Tiffin Columbian 50 Ally Graham led Willard  with 19 points, followed by Laura Danhoff with 16 points and 11 rebounds in an NOL win against the Tornadoes.

Huron 63, Monroeville 43 The Tigers got their first win of the season as Ashley Myers and Hannah Cantrill both scored 13 for Huron.

Monroeville's Brooke Barnett had a game-high 21 points.

Mansfield Senior 62, Sandusky 61 The Streaks had a chance to win it at the end, but couldn't connect to complete the comeback against the Tygers.

Dameyion Smith had 21 for the Blue Streaks, Martell Moore had 14 and Xavier Turner 10.

Port Clinton 60, Margaretta 56 (OT) Kalib Shiets hit a 3-pointer to force overtime, then hit the game-sealing free throws in the extra session for the Redskins.

Alex Greene led PC with 15 points, while Steve Wingo added 11. Dylan Bailey and Craig Galindo both scored 17 for Polar Bears, while Austin Moore contributed 14.

Oak Harbor 44, Edison 43 The Rockets got 14 points from AJ Cecil in their first win of the year as Oak Harbor held on late to keep the Chargers winless.

Edison got 12 points from Shane Crooks and 10 from Jason Blodgett.

Norwalk 60, Hillsdale 50 The Truckers stayed unbeaten as Jeff Thomas scored 14 and Jacob Cashen 12 for Norwalk.

St. Paul 68, South Central 55 Coming off a win Friday, the Flyers had four in double figures led by Sal Sortino with 15 points. Bob Harwood added 14 and Michael Griffin chipped in 11. Joseph Hinckley also netted 10.

Western Reserve 57, Monroeville 48 Nolan Todd's 20 points led the Roughriders to a third Firelands Conference win this year.

Seth Farley scored 13 for the Eagles.

Margaretta sweeps Willard Tyler Beekman set a new school record for six dives, scoring a 258.75 to beat his old record of 241.05 set Wednesday, as the Polar Bears swept the Flashes.

Norwalk takes two from Shelby Three swimmers won two individual events as Norwalk beat Shelby by convincing margins and won all six relays.
