Leads of 11 and 15 points for Sandusky in the first and third quarters provided a cushion, but the Blue Streaks couldn't maintain them throughout and instead had to fight off Huron on Tuesday night for a 47-36 win.

Azyah Smith-Crager of Sandusky scored 15 and Dorresha Green added 10 more, while Huron's Ashley Myers had 15 in the loss.

It was Sandusky's final home game — and senior Caroline Estel came up with a big bucket late in the game to put the Streaks up five — though both teams started two freshmen and two sophomores.

Margaretta 75, Marion Harding 41 The Polar Bears came out sluggish, but Michenzi Hoffman — flu and all — chose to play and made six 3-pointers for 22 points to help Margaretta to the non-league win.

Sarah Weyer had a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds.

Port Clinton 67, Fremont Ross 47 The Redskins' dynamic duo of Hope Thorbahn (21 points) and Tiffany Colston (14 points) paced Port Clinton to a comfortable win against Fremont Ross for a 13th win this season.
