Ok girls season is almost over so no one cares enough about their season to talk on here about it, I figured we could start talking about the boys season that is about 4-5 months away.
I believe this season we may end up seeing a tie for first place betwen PC OH and SMCC.  I figure PC will beat OH twice, OH will beat SMCC twice, and SMCC will beat PC twice.  Of course this is assuming there aren't any upsets with other teams like Perkins (mostly) or like Clyde (???). Sorry Edison and Huron but I'm just not feeling you guys making too many upsets.
Anyway it should be an interesting between those three top teams and the others. It'll be interesting to see how they would break a tie or just keep them tied in the end.  I suppose they could have the coaches play to break the tie but I think SMCC would have a bit of an advantage, because my dad and the PC coach would probably lose.

Huron
I'm not a huge fan of Huron, but I've heard that they have some talented tennis players. Last year we saw Patrick Moore break many of his rackets during his matches, which shows that he has true heart for the game.  He has been playing all summer and is continuing to play now.  He leaves school 3 hrs early and plays at baywinds with his mentor Pat.  I believe Patrick will grab some wins off of LaFountain and others.

I liked the comment on the
I liked the comment on the Streaks win until you stated lucky shot. In sports, these types of things happen every day (Watch ESPN). Some occurrences coursework | coursework help | coursework writing are lucky. However, this game winning shot was not a lucky shot. Just look at the form in the photo! Delon has shown the ability to be a great 3 pt shooter. Give credit where credit is due! You don't know how much practice and sheer nerve it takes to do these types of things. Would you call Brett Favre or Michael Jordan lucky? Just stick to the words of encouragement. By the way, I definitely agree with you on the "GIVE IT TO PERKINS" comment.

Patrick Moore
Patrick Moore will be lucky to have a winning record.  Me(LaFountain), Blake Troller, and Andrew Linden combined probably won't lose more than 2 or 3 games altogether.  And just because you break your rackets during a match doesn't mean you have heart for the sport it just means you have anger issues or are insane (jk).  I also haven't seen him get in one usta tournament all summer nor since the summer has been over...just saying.  You are entitled to your own opinion but it is pretty flawed.

USTA at Baywinds
How pathetic is it that less than a month before the season only a handful of local kids sign up for the USTA tournament at Baywinds? It is a sad trend that has started in the last few years. It is a big problem in all of NW Ohio. It is even worse for the girls than the boys. I can understand why the USTA is not interested in giving NW Ohio any larger tournaments when the kids here do not even play the local ones.
