For sure, a Bellevue - Perkins rematch would be great. I've heard the Perkins players are highly interested in taking on Bellevue again. Both need to focus on this Saturday and get through the first round. Elida will be tough on defense as they are returning a lot of starters, but Santoro is one of the best QBs in the region.
Perkins goes up against an unknown Urbana team, they have a good sophomore passer, Pirate secondary will need to be very focused.
If there is a Bellevue - Perkins rematch where would it likely be played? Any guesses? Who decides this?
if the rematch happens, it would probably be played at bellevue's field because they are the home seed, they are only playing at Strobel field because their field is flooded
"ballsohard" - Teams can only play on their home field in the first round. There may be an exception if both teams play on the same field (i.e. St Ed's/Iggy).
My guess if there was a Perkins-Bellevue game it would most likely be at Strobel, maybe Huron if Strobel got awarded a D1-D2 game that weekend.
Please tell us why you think Bellevue will go further than Perkins. If you review their seasons both team are very equally matched. Bellevue beat some Div. II teams and a Div 1 team (Toledo Waite), but all those teams were awful, their only challenge was Columbian.
How do you think the Redman match up with the Pirates? Not just bragging, but offense vs. defense and key positions?

Forgot about Fremont Ross. I would say them over Huron Memorial
Bellevue will go the farthest, without a doubt.
